We were first time home buyers and truly did not know anything of the process but Mike explained everything to us and made sure we knew exactly what we were doing. He was always responded quickly to emails and phone calls, was never hard to reach. We were looking at a few different cities to purchase in and Mike had knowledge of each of those areas. Mike was very knowledgeable and he helped us through every step of the process. He answered all of our questions (sometimes over and over again) and provided important information to help us make the right decisions. He was always available and very patient as we searched for our new home. Even his wife made time for us when he had another showing and we wanted to see our house on a holiday weekend. 06/08/2018 - timb3809 Bought a Single Family home in 2018 in New River, AZ. Mike and the Prochko Team were quick to set up my criteria for viewing homes to buy on MLS. All emails, texts and phone calls were answered quickly. All showings were scheduled to maximize my time since I lived out of town. Mike and the Prochko Team researched questions and clarified HOA requirements of all potential homes. Most correspondence and signatures were done digitally which reduced my time in travelling. When it came to negotiation of the contract they were skillful in addressing items that needed attention in the counter offer. He met with us right away and shared his thoughts about the market, his dedication and the future. We were not yet ready to list as we were facing delays in the construction of our new home. Mike was very understanding and supported us each step of the way. Since Mike knows the area better than we do, we leaned on him for local advice. Out of the blue, we texted him a picture of a downed tree in our front yard and asked him for suggestions. He said he would be right over and came with his truck and his daughters to help. We trimmed a lot of the weight off and loaded that into the truck. Mike and I righted the tree and it was still standing 6 months later when we did list. He gave us very good advice.
